Awful experience
Left the flat filthy and was there for hours
Surfaces full of dust
Somehow their mop made my floor dirtier so came back with a new ones and wipes for them to use
Expressed concern and send 20 pics of areas not right of basic expectations and told they’d send someone back to fix it
Now been totally ignored when arranging the time almost a week ago

Communications with the team were brilliant along the whole process - everything was very clear & easy to agree on what we needed done - a deep clean.
Haven't had this brilliant level of service for a Long time! Exceptional.
On the day the team - Khrystyna & Viktoria - were on time and incredibly good at what they do. Very professional, efficient, friendly & warm. Asked all the right questions & were very thoughtful to check things with me - as there were lots of ornaments around the house so I felt very confident to leave them to it.
The level of care that they took was outstanding and the house was absolutely spotless when they left.
Would use them again without hesitation.
They're a little bit more expensive than other people out there but it's absolutely worth it for what they offer. You get what you pay for. In my opinion very good value for money - not just for the actual cleaning but also for the level of customer care & communication before, during & after.
